As part of The Small Newspaper Company Pty Ltd, the Town & Country Journal is a free weekly tabloid newspaper. Based in Warwick, Queensland, we are proud to be locally owned, locally produced and totally independent.

The Town & Country Journal is the only free newspaper, and the largest newspaper, covering the Southern Downs, Granite Belt and Tenterfield regions. The distribution area takes in Clifton in the north; south to Tenterfield in northern NSW; to Gore in the west; and Killarney in the east. Major towns involved are Warwick, Stanthorpe and Tenterfield plus Killarney, Allora, Dalveen, Ballandean, The Summit along with other smaller towns and rural properties. Papers are bulk dropped to supermarkets, service clubs, cafes, tourist centres, newsagencies, service stations, motels, retirement villages, rural post offices and numerous other locations.
